Dancing in clubs has allowed us to make real our critical and crucial body.

Our arms, hands and wrists have been the location of our bodily insurrection: finesse, latitude, exuberance. ’Til we die, we'll fail over and over to dance a body complicit with the violent oppression of conservative masculinity: stoic, essential, oppressed, circumcised from sensation.

DIRECT action


The touchscreen has a texture.

A fizzing skin developing and breaking and dissolving over and over again. Skin as membrane, sense organ, boundary, bridge between inside and out.


KEEP DRINKING GUINNESS

KEEP RANTING AWAY


The tactic is to get a large crowd, whip them up, try and discover what is the greatest fear, work on that, and feed it right back in a frenzy.

The crux of the conundrum is the power of language.

No walking away from THOSE words.

The important thing is to really try to perceive something together and make that perception available to the witness.
